Each pendant is a miniature canvas. The glass is formed to reflect the color of the fabric. The same piece will look entirely different on a black background, a white background... A design is never duplicated. All are signed by the artist. Each pendant includes several processes and is fired multiple times to achieve the painterly effect as well as the depth of reflection.
Silver and gold leaf, cabuchons, frit, stringers, vitrograph, metal mesh, to name a few inclusions, are layered with hand rolled glass in a variety of methods and firings to produce the unusual effect in each piece.
